RJ Lehmann

R.J. “Ray” Lehmann is editor-in-chief and senior fellow of insurance policy at the International Center for Law and Economics. A co-founder of the R Street Institute, R.J. served most recently as the Institute’s director of finance, insurance and trade policy, overseeing R Street’s research on the regulation of financial services and the international rules-based trading system.
