Gilbert Ambler

Gilbert Ambler is licensed to practice law in multiple state courts including Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Washington D.C., and Maryland. In addition to his state practice, Gilbert is licensed in federal court for both the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, the Western District of Pennsylvania, the District of D.C., and the Southern District of Texas.

Much of Gilbert's practice focuses on constitutional issues and criminal defense, with many of his cases involving weapons and self-defense related issues. Additionally, he regularly handles gun rights restoration matters and has experience representing both individuals and Federal Firearm Licensees (FFLs) in compliance with the ATF.
